At Starfusion, we prioritize customer satisfaction and quality assurance. However, due to the nature of our business and limited inventory model, we follow a strict same-day return policy with clear conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility
We accept return requests only if a complaint is raised within 4 hours of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

A 360° video and photos of the unopened and untorn delivery packet must be provided.

The order ID and delivery address printed on the packet must be clearly visible in the video.

The video must be non-blurry, show all sides of the parcel (360°) before opening, and must include the moment the packet is opened for full verification.

The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags attached and packaging intact.

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory.
⚠️ If no complaint is raised within 4 hours of delivery, or if the video/photo proof is incomplete or unclear, no return, refund, or replacement will be accepted.
Important: Size-Related Returns
Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order.
We do not accept any size-related returns, refunds, or exchanges, even if the complaint is raised within 4 hours.
Once an order is placed, the customer takes full responsibility for the selected size.
How to Request a Return

Once your return request is verified and approved, you’ll receive:

Complete instructions for sending your product back
Note: Any parcel sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must:

Notify us within 4 hours of delivery

Provide a 360° video showing the unopened package and the issue clearly
After 4 hours, no complaints will be entertained or responded to.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Gift cards

Used, worn, or washed apparel

Size-related issues
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges of any kind.
Only returns (if eligible under this policy) are accepted.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 15–30 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.
Acceptance of Policy
By placing an order on our website, the customer automatically agrees to this Return & Refund Policy, whether they have read it or not.
Failure to follow any of the above steps — including the 4-hour complaint submission, mandatory 360° video proof, or incorrect size selection — will result in automatic rejection of the return or refund request.
