At Starfusion, each product is made specially for you — fresh, new, and unique.
We do not keep ready-made stock. Every order goes through a detailed quality process to ensure you receive a one-of-a-kind product made with care.


Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, it enters our production and processing stage.
This involves quality checks, packaging preparation, and dispatch readiness.

🕒 Processing Time: 48 to 72 hours (2–3 business days)

During this period, your order is being prepared, verified, and packed with precision.
As every product is crafted individually, processing times may slightly vary during high-volume periods or promotional events.


Dispatch & Shipping Time

After processing, your order moves into the dispatch phase.

📦 Dispatch Time: 7 to 18 business days (average)

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or message with tracking details (if applicable).
The delivery timeline depends entirely on our third-party courier partners.

🚚 Shipping Duration: Varies based on location and courier performance.

Please note:

  • Delivery timelines may extend due to factors beyond our control such as logistics delays, weather, strikes, or regional restrictions.

  • We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, as the shipping process is managed by our integrated logistics partners and not directly by Starfusion.


Delays and Responsibility

We always strive for timely delivery, but please understand:

  • Shipping delays are not under our control.

  • Once the parcel is handed over to the courier partner, Starfusion is not liable for delays caused by the logistics company.

  • No cancellation or refund requests will be accepted for delayed deliveries caused by shipping or transit issues.


Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you may receive a tracking link or code via email or SMS (depending on the courier partner).
You can use this link to monitor your order’s progress.

If your tracking status remains unchanged for a long time, please contact us at starrfuzion@gmail.com, and we’ll coordinate with our logistics partner for an update.


Incorrect Address or Non-Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct when placing your order.
We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Failed deliveries due to customer unavailability

  • Additional charges or delays due to wrong information

If the courier returns your package to us, reshipping may incur an additional fee.


No Cancellations After Order Placement

Once an order is placed and confirmed, no cancellations are allowed — regardless of the reason, including delivery delays.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • Starfusion cannot control courier operations

  • You agree not to cancel or request refunds due to late delivery or transit delays
